Jamie Rosanna's book is now out in print. It is entitled "Inner Care." The book is a compilation of ten health tips written for her monthly newsletter, expanded and revised.

Inner Care addresses our attitudes, emotions, beliefs and personal histories in relationship to the role they play on the inner dynamics of our health. Many readers have commented on its inspirational nature and its positive uplifting effect. The theme of choice and personal responsibility in regards to health is emphasized throughout the book and highlighted in the excerpt below.

Nevertheless, there are many lifestyle choices made on a day to day basis. Some are made consciously. Most are made unconsciously. In the last two years of writing health tips, the power and the responsibility of choice has been uppermost on my mind. There have seldom been any shoulds here. Rather, I’ve emphasised that our lifestyle choices be made according to our true heart’s desire.
It’s interesting to know that the word responsibility comes from Latin and means responding to life. I see choice as an ability to respond. It’s an ongoing process. It holds inner and outer dimensions. The more we grasp and affirm the idea that choice plays a vital part in our life’s outcome, the more we will make lifestyle choices that truly empower us..."

Chakra Kits - An Inner Guidance Tool

When Jamie Rosanna first began to offer Chakra Readings, she quickly saw the need for a tool that would provide her clients guidance in doing this work. She developed a Chakra Kit which consists of an instruction pamphlet, fourteen colourfully illustrated laminated chakra charts and a beautifully sewn handmade cloth bag for the chakra charts and personal work notes.

The Chakra Kit is designed to serve as a guide in working with this ancient system of self-knowledge. There are two charts provided for each chakra. Each chart provides both basic and in-depth information on the chakras and each chart is designed to give quick and easy access to relevant information that can assist a person in applying the concepts of the chakras to their personal benefit.
